The "Move-In Ready Certified" seal tells a buyer that your home has been inspected and certified as having no safety or structural defects. You can hand the potential buyer your inspection report and the can see everything that was inspected, if a defect was found and shows a defect was re-inspected once corrected.

    Home sellers can choice with their realtor which items should be fix such as major defects that would stop a sale, cosmetic defects that make your home more presentable or to let the buyer make the changes. 

     The "Move-In Ready Certified" seal cannot be awarded to a home until all major defects found are corrected.  We include a re-inspection fee waiver for up to 5 defects in the price. 

     A wind mitigation & 4-point inspection included at no additional cost when selected on your bookings page.  Addition add-on inspections can be added for an additional cost.
