Bob's Home Inspection, LLC (hereafter referred to as BHI) takes the privacy of the information it collects very seriously.  BHI follows all privacy laws issued by the state of Florida or the jurisdiction in-which the physical inspection is taking place and not the jurisdiction of the individual providing the information.

BMI considers an inspection report to be part of protected private information.   Inspection reports are only shared to the primary email provided as well as any that were listed in the Intake Application form if listed.  No reports will be shared without written emailed request and can take up to 24 hours.

 

BHI collects information through various means to include but not limited to, email news letters registration form, Facebook form(s), Google advertisement form(s), realtor news letter registration form(s), Insurance agent registration form(s), the collection of name, contact number, & email from public internet domain sites, the purchase of marketing mailer lists from third parties.  At no time does BHI resell, distribute or share any information collected to any third party without the written consent or a Power of Attorney.  BHI does not collect age verification as it does not offer any services to minors.  All individuals BHI interacts with are assumed to be of legal age.  

BHI does share information with family members, to include spouse, children, or any other member of a family without a notarized Power of Attorney  being emailed to info@bobshomeinspection.com.  No Power of Attorney older than 12 months shall be accepted.
