Refunds, Cancelations, & Rescheduling Policy
Bob's Home Inspection LLC note that it does not accept cash payments of any-type such as cash, debit, money orders, checks, or cashier checks.
NO SHOWS are defined as no one showing up to unlock the residence that is to be inspected. The inspector shall wait 15 minutes past the scheduled time before initiating a phone call to the number provided upon booking. If a person can show up within 30-45 minutes there will not be an additional surcharge charged as the inspection shall not be delayed. IF THERE IS TO BE A RESCHEDULING TO COMPLETE THE INSPECTION THERE SHALL BE A $25.oo rescheduling surcharge.
CANCELATION of an appointment must be done 24 hours before a scheduled appointment to avoid a $25.00 surcharge. Cancelation of an appointment will go into the system as a credit that will not expire for 12 months. To use a credit you must reschedule the visit by phone/text at 904-305-8604 or by email at bob@bobshomeinspection.com. Cancelations & Rescheduling due to extreme weather to include, hurricane, tropical storms, tornadoes, hail, or at the direction of the inspector shall waive the $25.00 surcharge.

REFUNDS SHALL HAVE A $50.00 surcharge fee and must be requested in written form through email to bob@bobshomeinspection.com. Refunds must be issued to the same credit card or payment method that was used at the time of scheduling. Refunds can not be made to another credit card in the same name. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to be seen from the time of the request. A refund statement/receipt will be emailed to the original email address used on the intake scheduling form.
