You have been living in your newly constructed home and it is the 11 month.  It is time for a comprehensive evaluation of your new home before the one-year warranty expires.  Our inspector will identify any construction defects, safety issues, and material failures to ensure you get necessary repairs covered by your warranty.  Our thermal imaging technology is applied during this inspection at no additional cost.  Moisture leaks or improperly working components are able to be seen without damaging your home.
